Fixing the “Destination folder already exists” Error When Installing SureForms

If you see the error message “Destination folder already exists” while installing the SureForms plugin, don’t worry! This is a common issue and can be fixed easily.

Why This Happens

This error usually means there’s already a folder called “sureforms” in your website’s plugins directory. This can happen if:

• A previous installation didn’t finish properly.
• The plugin was uploaded manually before.
• An old or inactive version of the plugin is still there.

How to Fix the Error

Step 1: Open Your File Manager or FTP

Step 4: Reinstall SureForms
