Manage SureForms Licenses
If you’ve purchased any of the SureForms plans, you can access your unique license key on the SureForms store
This license key lets you fully utilize the SureForms plugin and its features. It also provides access to professional support and automatic updates directly from your WordPress dashboard.
In this article, you will learn how to manage your licenses, including how to:
- View active licenses
- Deactivate licenses from specific websites directly from your store
- See how many websites your license key can be used on, based on your plan

Viewing Your SureForms License Key
Once you’ve purchased a SureForms plan, go to the SureForms store at: https://billing.sureforms.com/
- Here, under “Downloads”, the purchased plan name will be visible to you. Click on it.
The above image shows the “Starter” plan but in your case, it’ll change according to the plan you’ve purchased.
- Click on the tab under “License Keys”.

- Copy the following license key.
Note: To activate your license key, paste it into your WordPress dashboard where the SureForms plugin is installed. Check this article for more information.
After activation, you’ll be able to see the number of sites using the license and links to those sites.
Note: The number of websites where you can activate the license depends on your plan.
Deactivating The SureForms License Key
To deactivate your SureForms license key on a particular website:
- Click on the “Delete” button next to the site where you want the license key to be deactivated.
Click on the “Delete Activation” button that’ll show up after clicking the Delete button.
Now, the license key will be automatically removed from the selected site. You can also deactivate the license key from your having the SureForms plugin installed.
